The advertising strategy involved promoting specific discounts to ensure all staff had a busier schedule, including student discounts, as well as hair extension and colour deals. The ad creatives were photographs and videos that were shot in the salon using models to ensure the best possible content was being used to target the correct customer demographics. Initially the campaigns were optimised for lead generation, however after the website was built traffic was driven to the site to convert customers to bookings.
